The Kyoto Scenic page offers images of Kyoto’s controversial train station, street scenes
and shops, Philosopher’s Path Sakura, night shots in Gion’s Geisha District, and more.

JapaneseGardens


Tsurugaoka Hachimangu’s Peony garden, Nijo Castle’s exquisite Ninomaru Garden and Seiryu-en,
Keitaku and Satsukiyama Koen, and a detailed look at Korakuen, one of Japan’s three major gardens.

Sakura


Images from many places in Japan, taken during the height of Cherry Blossom season.

Sankeien


Sankei Hara created two connected traditional gardens and rescued a number
of historically significant buildings from around Japan, placing them in the gardens.
This page offers a look at several of these buildings and the stories behind them.

Potpourri


The Potpourri page has images of trains, Yokohama’s Minato Mirai and Chinatown,
sculptures, street scenes, some Hidari Jingoro carvings, modern architecture and more.

Wildlife


The Wildlife page has images of Nara Park Sika Deer, Minoh Mountain Japanese Macaque
(Snow Monkeys), turtles, tufted ducks, a cormorant and a special surprise addition at the end.
