This sculpture of a Sabertooth Tiger was a holiday landmark in Burbank for many years.
Mounted above Bischoff’s Taxidermy shop, it was creatively decorated for every holiday.
(Bischoff’s Taxidermy provides props and animatronics effects for the film studios).

Unfortunately, it was stolen as a prank by teenagers the night before a High School
Homecoming Game and was never recovered. Bischoff’s decided not to replace
the sculpture, and a humorous Burbank holiday institution was ended forever.
